Research Materials (Peptides, Capsules, Bioregulators, Testing Supplies)
Due to the strict nature of our products and quality control standards, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any research materials. Once these products leave our facility, we can no longer guarantee their purity or prevent degradation, making them unfit for resale. All sales of research compounds are final.
Sentinel Apparel
For Sentinel Apparel items, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the apparel must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached.
